Emusic goes FaLaLaLaLa

h1 Friday, March 23rd, 2007

Well, if Emusic continues what it’s been doing recently, we may have to close up shop around here.

In the past several weeks they’ve added old Christmas albums by the following artists:  Billy Vaughn, Mantovani, Kitty Wells, Harry Simeone, Sandler & Young, The Mexicali Brass, Johnny Cole and the Robert Evans Chorus, The Cheshire Strings, The Woodchucks, Ann Margret, Rosemary Clooney, 1000 Strings and lots of uncredited acts.

We may have hit the motherlode, (well, it’s probably almost as much as Ernie shared last year…).  Go take a look.

I HIGHLY recommend Emusic.  It’s been one of the best pay download services around since it began years ago.  I keep joining on and off, mostly to support the business model–pay to download DRM-free music.  There’s so much great music there and as they grow it gets better and better.

If you look around and decide to join, drop me an email and I’ll send you a link so that I get some free downloads.  Hey, I don’t ask a lot from folks out here…it’s the least you can do.

P.S.  Hope your year is going well.  I’m very busy teaching, taking care of the kids, etc.
